 Reserving your piece of MTR
Every camper must register as campsites are limited. Each campsite is 25'X100' with electric and water hookups. Dumping stations are provided, and firewood is available for a nominal fee. Primitive camping (no electric, stall only if available) is also available on a limited basis. Campsite reservations are not confirmed until Midwest receives a reservation form and deposit.

RULES
1. All pets must be on a leash at all times. 2. NO FIREARMS!
3. Please, no visitors during scheduled rides.
4. NO alcoholic beverages on trails.
5. Do not tie horses to trees.
6. Deposits are non-refundable - see deposit section on this page.
7. We reserve the right to reject any reservation and prices are subject to change.
8. Coggins and Health papers required for out-of-state horses. Sick animals will be asked to leave the propery; without a refund.
9. Stalls must be cleaned prior to leaving or pay $15 stall cleaning fee.
10. Bad check fee - $20
11. All campers must check in at the office prior to parking your rig. Check in: 3:00, Check out: 12:00
12. 24 hour no show’s will be billed the full amount of the reservation.
13. MTR is not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen property.
14. No unauthorized vendors.

Scheduled Ride - $40 each adult/youth
Open Camping  -  $16 each adult/youth
Bunkhouse        -  $20 each bunkhouse
Log Cabin          -  $45 each log cabin

Reservations will not be accepted without a deposit. Deposits are applied to the total amount due.
Deposits are not refunded, but may be rolled one time within a year. The cancellation policy for scheduled rides is a 14 day notice to roll deposit on all campsites and cabins; less then 14 days will be based on the possibility of re-renting the site/cabin at the manager's discretion. Open camping cancellation policy is 14 days notice on Cabins and 48 hour notice on sites Jan. - Aug; September & October are peak season and will require a 14 day notice to cancel.  No calls/ No shows will be charged the full amount of their invoice at the time of the ride. 
Stalls left dirty will be charged $15 per stall per ride/weekend
